This villa is situated in the exclusive Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen, with the old town and harbour just 15 minute's walk away. The accommodation is spacious and tastefully furnished with quality fixtures and fittings.

Interior
The accommodation comprises of four bedrooms, two bedrooms with twin beds and two with double beds. All Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, with a third bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms.

The living room is comfortably furnished with sofas and easy chairs, Satellite TV, ( with limited channels), DVD and Stereo/Radio. The dining room seats 8 people and has patio doors to the terrace.

The fully-fitted kitchen includes electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a host of other utensils and appliances. There is a utility area with washing machine.

Exterior
Outside there are spacious sun terraces with an al fresco patio with table and chairs shaded by a pergola (a BBQ is provided). A sunbathing terrace with cushioned sun-loungers surrounds the 8 x 4 metre swimming pool, which is acclimatised in the winter months. From the terrace there are views of the sea and mountains, which can be enjoyed along with the American hot spring spa jacuzzi.

Services
The villa has a safe and a burglar alarm system installed for Guests' security and peace of mind. The maid service includes five day towel change and twice weekly linen change.
